MCWH is currently hiring for 3 new director roles. Each position is remunerated at SCHADS Award Level 8, pay point 1 - 3 depending on experience. Starting salary range is $120,338 - 125,061 per annum with salary packaging available.

Director of Operations

Leading a team of Finance, Administration, Program Support and Human Resources professionals, the Director of Operations will be focused on bringing our vision to life by helping us improve our day-to-day operations by ensuring our organisation is run in the most strategic, efficient and impactful way possible

Director of Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy

Leading a team of Marketing and Communications & Research, Advocacy and Policy professionals, the Director of Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy will be focused on bringing our vision to life by developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies to strengthen our strong brand and reputation and conduct strategic advocacy.

This role is instrumental in embedding best practice stakeholder engagement, driving continuous improvement and growth across the organisation, and delivering MCWH’s advocacy.

Director of Programs

Leading a team of Program, Training and Capacity Building professionals, the Director of Programs will be focused on bringing our vision to life by providing strategic oversight of our program quality assurance, development, delivery and evaluation.

This role is instrumental in ensuring our programs are:
a) delivered on time, within budget whilst continuing to build our reputation of delivering programs to high standards
b) growing in line with the agreed strategy and targets
