Multicultural Centre for Women’s Health is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation led by, for and with women from migrant and refugee backgrounds.
We were established in 1978 by a small team of bilingual women who were trained to discuss family planning options with migrant women who worked in clothing factories in inner city Melbourne.
We do not give medical advice, but we share evidence-based health information to help you to make decisions about your own health and wellbeing.
