Alexandra Rijavec

Health Education Manager

Alexandra Rijavec is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the women’s health, education, and Aboriginal land management sectors. Her experience spans national and international contexts, including work in China, remote regions of the Northern Territory and Western Australia, metropolitan Melbourne, and study in Madrid, Spain. She has extensive experience in community and stakeholder engagement, with a particular focus and interest in collaborative design and community-driven initiatives. Alex has an Honours Degree in Anthropology and Linguistics from Monash University, she is learning Portuguese, speaks Spanish, and makes music in her free time. Currently, she works as Health Education manager at MCWH, and for a cause close to her heart; contributing to improving the health and well-being outcomes of migrant and refugee women. Alex‘s family migrated from Slovenia to Australia.
