Dr Regina Torres-Quiazon

National Program Manager

Regina has a PhD in Cultural Studies and over 20 years’ experience working in gender and diversity as a project manager, researcher and educator. She has significant expertise in the theory and practice of intersectionality. Since joining MCWH in 2009, she has led the development and delivery of several projects including the PACE Women’s Leadership Program and Equality@Work, the first work-placed primary prevention of violence project specifically designed to engage migrant aged-care workers in Australia. She migrated with her family from the Philippines in the early 70’s. Regina speaks English and conversational Tagalog.
