Sheena Maxwell

Bilingual Health Educator

Sheena is a bilingual health educator born in Iran who studied Physiotherapy in Turkey before migrating to Australia. She speaks Farsi, Turkish, Azeri, and English. She holds a Master of Applied Science (Chinese Medicine) from RMIT University and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling from ACAP.
She previously ran her own Chinese Medicine clinic until 2020 and has worked in the not-for-profit sector, including as a Case Manager at AMES Australia. Currently with MCWH, Sheena is passionate about supporting migrant women and giving back to the community as a first-generation migrant herself.
