Program Support Officer
Irina holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), a Bachelor of Education and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She brings broad experience across education and training support, program administration, human resources, compliance, and organisational operations. She has worked both internationally and within Australia, supporting teams through clear processes, practical systems, continuous improvement, and responsive HR support.
Irina joined MCWH in 2022 and currently works as a Program Support Officer, contributing to program delivery, providing HR and compliance support to staff, and strengthening organisational systems that support MCWH’s work with communities. She speaks English, German, Russian, and basic Polish.
